Ordering

My order is a gift, how can you make it special?

All our ornaments arrive ready to gift in a soft cotton bag. You can also include a handwritten gift message at no extra charge—just leave your note in the Checkout section and we’ll handwrite it and include it in your package.

To make your gift even more special, add an artisan-made reusable gift box at checkout for $12. Crafted from sturdy, eco-friendly paper and finished in our vibrant Craftspring blue, each box features hand-drawn stitching and a soft cotton ribbon, ready to delight the moment it’s received.

Whether it’s one ornament or a full holiday collection, our boxes turn every gift into an heirloom moment. We pack all items in your order into a cotton gift bag, place it in the gift box, and tie it with a ribbon.

Box Sizes:

  • Small: Perfect for a single ornament or a small gift
  • Medium: Fits 2–3 ornaments or a small curated set
  • Large: Fits up to 6-7 ornaments, ideal for larger gifts or themed ornament collections

If you’d like your order packed into multiple boxes, please add the total number of boxes at checkout and add an order note to specify which items you would like boxed together.

Please note that some of our larger items— such as tree skirts, advent calendars, and ceramic tealight holders— will not fit in our gift boxes. If you purchase the gift box, these items will be wrapped with a high quality wrapping paper and ribbon instead.

How do I use a Promotional Code?

Enter your code on the Checkout Page in the box that appears above your subtotal.  Please note that only one promotional code may be used per order. If a Promotional Code causes your subtotal to drop below $120, your order will no longer qualify for free standard shipping.

How do I use a Gift Card?

Gift Card codes are entered in the same field as Discount Codes on the Checkout Page. A Gift Card may be used in addition to a promotional code. The value of any unused balance on your Gift Card will be stored in our system, and the same code may be entered at a later date to redeem the remainder of the Gift Card.

I missed a sale! Can I have the discount code applied retroactively?

We cannot apply discounts to orders that are placed before or after the sale. We announce our sales ahead of time via our newsletter, so make sure to sign up to be the first to know.

Shipping

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do! You can choose Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order at our Brooklyn Storefront (287 3rd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11215). Your order will be ready to pick up within days during our regular storefront hours. Please note that orders will be put back into our inventory if they are not picked up within 1 month, and we cannot guarantee that they will be available after that time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all countries via USPS First Class International shipping. This service only guarantees tracking updates while the package is in the U.S. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority International Shipping or UPS Worldwide shipping, please choose your preferred option at checkout. If standard international shipping is unreliable in your country, please get in touch with us to inquire about courier options such as DHL.

For international shipments, we cannot take charge of the customs fees, so they are not included in our shipping charges. You would be responsible for paying them in your home country.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your order within a couple of business days. Our standard shipping service is USPS First Class, which takes about 3-5 days in transit to US addresses, and about 7-10 days to addresses outside the U.S.. You can also choose to upgrade your shipping service at checkout to Priority or Priority Express if you need your order faster.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking number.

My package was marked as delivered, but I did not receive it.

If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, check everywhere--occasionally carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes (we’ve heard it all!).

If you still cannot find it, reach out to us, and we will do everything possible to assist you. However, as a small business, we unfortunately cannot replace packages that are lost by the mail carrier or stolen from the delivery location.

If you have concerns with your package being delivered, Craftspring offers Priority USPS shipping at an additional cost, which includes USPS insurance up to $100.

Returns and Refunds

What is Craftspring’s Return Policy?

We want you to fall in love with your Craftspring products. If, for some reason, you are not delighted, let us know within 30 days of receiving your package. If the item(s) are in their original condition with tags attached, you may send it back to us for a full refund.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 days from when we receive the returned item(s).

Who pays return shipping?

If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items, we will, of course, pay for return shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please send a photo of the issue to online@craftspring.com, and we will send you a return shipping label.

If you simply changed your mind and would like to return items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
